Use and Permissions

The use of text and media on the Bernard Rapoport Legacy Project website and the digital edition of Being Rapoport: Capitalist with a Conscience is prohibited without proper credit and permission granted from the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History as the physical owner of the material. A fee may be assessed for commercial use, and in most cases, users must order a high-resolution scan or print. The Briscoe Center holds the copyright to some materials presented on this website and in Being Rapoport. Where we do not hold copyright, it is the responsibility of researchers to locate and secure copyright permission prior to potentially infringing uses. Read more about copyright below.
