The use of text and media on the Bernard Rapoport Legacy Project website and the digital edition of Being Rapoport: Capitalist with a Conscience is prohibited without proper credit and permission granted from the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History as the physical owner of the material. A fee may be assessed for commercial use, and in most cases, users must order a high-resolution scan or print. The Briscoe Center holds the copyright to some materials presented on this website and in Being Rapoport.
